In some instances, investors may decide to submit more than one order for an offering listed on our website. However, for administrative purposes, our platform only allows for one “pending” order at a time.
If you pay by ACH or credit card, payment is often received within 24 hours and another investment can be made.
If you pay by wire transfer or check, a new investment CANNOT be made until payment is received. If the offering has not been oversubscribed, feel free to cancel this pending order and submit a new one.
However, please be advised that if the offering is oversubscribed, any additional orders you attempt to be placed will be on the waitlist.
