If for whatever reason you decide you need to cancel a recent transaction – as long as those funds have not been invested – you may request a refund.
You can cancel any open order by going to your “Pending Transactions” tab in your dashboard (click here to go there now).
Please be aware that we cannot issue any refunds until funds have arrived in escrow. Once they have been received, all refunds will be sent back to the original payment source.
ACH and Credit Card transactions can be automatically returned. Unfortunately, all investors who choose wire transfers or physical checks must file a return request with our escrow company for compliance purposes.
Please be aware that some transaction fees may be non-refundable, if you do not request a refund in a timely manner.
