When logging into your account please, make sure you are using the correct web address: https://invest.equifund.com/login
Open that link in a different browser. Enter the email address you used during account creation as your username, and the password you specified.
If you do not remember your password, or it does not work, please make sure you don’t have your capslock key on your keyboard on as passwords are case sensitive.
Otherwise, please click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the login screen to reset your password.
If you still cannot login, please search your email inbox for “Equifund Account Verification Link”. Inside this email, there is a large blue button you will need to click in order to activate your account.
