How to change the email address you use to login

If you’d like to change the email address used to log in to your Equifund profile, you can do so from the Users tab in your account.

You can accomplish this using one of two methods.

Option 1) Edit your existing user 

Once you click on the grey pencil in the “Details/Edit” column, you will see a page that looks like this.  

Step 1: Edit your email address (or any other information)

Step 2: Click the blue “Update User” button to save

Option 2) Add New User 

If you select “Add New User”, you’ll be taken to the “New User” screen.

Fill in your information (1), but do not specify a password; click the “Send Invite to Reset Password” box (2). Click “Create New User” when finished (3).
