If you paid by credit card or ACH and the transaction failed, to resubmit payment details, go to your “Transaction History” and click on the grey pencil icon in the “Payment Method” column of the transaction.
Once you do, you will be able to re-enter payment details and resubmit the order.
If that doesn’t work, you can cancel the transaction and submit a new one using the same offering page you used the first time.
In the event the offering is oversubscribed, please DO NOT cancel your order. Instead, please send an email to support@equifund.com as this will require manual intervention to resolve.
